Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 財團法人商業發展研究院Commerce Development Research Institute (簡稱「商研院CDRI」)十年有成，近來在許添財董事長與謝龍發院長領導下，成為舉足輕重之國家級的服務業發展智庫。有鑑於南部服務業者需求殷切，特設立財團法人商業發展研究院南部院區，並於經濟部推動商業服務業區域平?計畫下，於南部院區設置，經濟部南部商業服務業推動專案辦公室，由商研院CDRI張皇珍副院長擔任專案辦公室執行長，定位為國家級商業服務業發展智庫、南部商業服務業全方位諮詢中心、經濟部南部商業服務業推動平台。
許添財董事長也進一步指出，未來商研院南部院區也將協助推動雲林縣、嘉義縣市、台南市、高雄市、屏東縣及澎湖縣等南部商業服務業升級轉型。（圖／記者郭俊暉攝 , 2017.08.17）
商研院CDRI南部院區暨經濟部南部商業服務業推動專案辦公室，於17日正式揭牌啟動，現場邀請到經濟部次長王美花、林岱樺及管碧玲二位委員及商研院CDRI副董事長張平沼與產、官、學各界先進貴賓，現場冠蓋雲集邀請到將近百位貴賓共同與會。
張皇珍副院長暨專案辦公室執行長表示，特別感謝林岱樺及管碧玲委員、經濟部、許添財董事長與張平沼副董事長等的大力支持，讓商研院南部院區能夠順利啟動，未來商研院CDRI南部院區經濟部南部商業服務業推動專案辦公室，負起執行南台灣商業服務業經營輔導專業培訓的相關工作、落實在地服務、鏈結南部產官學研，並輔導成立南部產業商業聯盟，建立服務業發展基石，延伸資源與服務至南部地區，共同推動南部地區商業服務現代化、農業商業化、產業高質化發展。

同時也是南部商業服務業咨詢中心，提供企業咨詢診斷輔導，創業育成咨詢陪伴，政策法規資訊服務，南向境外拓商咨詢，南部產業聯盟平台等，共同推動南部地區的商業服務品質，並將積極整合業者推背包客動南部商業聯盟，推動聯合行銷、異業交流學習並匯集產業需求。
由Sony Taiwan主辦、遠哲科學教育基金會協力的「第五屆索尼創意科學大賞」，歷經9個月，來自全台小學4至6年級小小科學家團隊，以「光」為主題創意科學玩具，入圍20組團隊以精彩生動的簡報，秀出親手打造的創意玩具作品。
今年參加索尼創意科學大賞決賽團隊來自全台包含花蓮、宜蘭及雲林..等各地小學，參賽小朋友們結合家鄉文化、物產特色於作品創作中，並且多採用環保回收材質打造，為創意科學比賽增添難得可貴的意義。
本屆冠軍團隊南投縣鯉魚國小的「鯉魚炫光」作品，運用了社區特色象徵鯉魚圖案、搭配在地竹山盛產的竹子為材料，打造結合踢球運動的聲光感應玩具，讓評審在現場也紛紛排隊嘗試體驗充滿互動樂趣的作品。
「索尼創意科學大賞」，不同於其他科學展覽，活動特別重視讓孩子們「做中學」，針對初選入圍團隊提供科學實作課程，透過引導式的手作體驗，增加孩子們對科學的興趣，激發跳脫教科書的無限創意。
Sony Taiwan並結合企業自身核心產品之資源，透過課程教導孩子們學習用數位影像去記錄他們的科學創作過程，認識鏡頭語言、攝影機操作概念進一步培養孩子們用影像說故事的軟實力。
